We provide free, no-obligation estimates for standard plumbing services. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and a visual or diagnostic assessment of the issue. Final pricing may differ from the initial estimate if additional work is needed beyond the original scope, hidden damage or complications are discovered during the repair, or the customer requests additional services. Any changes to the estimated cost will be communicated to the customer and approved in writing before work proceeds. Emergency service calls may include a diagnostic or dispatch fee, which will be disclosed at the time of scheduling and applied toward the total repair cost.
Plumber Upland stands behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms vary depending on the type of service performed and will be provided in writing upon completion of the job. Warranties cover workmanship and may not extend to pre-existing conditions, customer-supplied materials, or damage caused by third parties. Warranty claims must be reported to Plumber Upland within the warranty period by calling 909-715-BOOK.
By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide accurate information about the plumbing issue and property conditions, ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area, inform our technicians of any known hazards such as asbestos, lead paint, or structural concerns, and be present or designate an authorized representative during the service visit.
